Heather is a Board Certified Advanced Practice Registered Nurse with 30 years of experience in healthcare and a respected leader in aesthetic and functional medicine. As the Director of Medical Operations and Chief Operating Officer at RevIVe Medspa & Wellness, Heather is known for herunwavering commitment to clinical excellence, patient safety, and delivering refined, natural-looking results that elevate confidence.

Heather specializes in advanced laser treatments, neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and
comprehensive facial balancing, alongside functional wellness and hormone optimization. Her philosophy is rooted in a “healthy and beautiful from the inside out” approach—combining science, artistry, and a deep understanding of whole-body health to create results that are not only seen, but felt.

As a Key Opinion Leader (KOL), national trainer, and Sciton Luminary, Heather is deeply passionate about education and advancing the field of aesthetic medicine. She trains and mentors medical providers across the country, emphasizing safety, precision, and thoughtful, individualized treatment planning. In her role as faculty for Revance Aesthetics, she continues to shape the next generation of injectors with a focus on excellence and integrity.

Nurse Practitioner

With over 28 years of experience in women’s health and more than 18 years as a Nurse Practitioner, I have had the privilege of caring for women through every stage of life. Over the years, I’ve learned that true wellness is about more than just managing symptoms—it’s about helping women feel balanced, energetic, and confident in their own skin.

My focus is on hormone health, overall wellness, and weight management. Hormonal changes can affect so many areas of a woman’s life—sleep, mood, energy, weight, and overall quality of life. I am passionate about taking the time to truly listen, to understand each woman’s unique story, and to create individualized plans that restore balance and vitality.

I also love working with women on healthy, realistic weight management strategies that are tailored to their needs. My goal is to empower women with tools and guidance that not only improve health but also increase confidence and long-term well-being.

Above all, I believe every woman deserves to feel supported, understood, and cared for. My approach is professional, evidence-based, and heartfelt—I consider it an honor to partner with women on their journey to feeling and living well.

Michelle brings nearly 20 years of nursing experience  and close to a decade in aesthetic medicine. She began her career in critical care, where she  developed strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and a deep commitment to patient  safety. She later transitioned into aesthetics, where she discovered her passion for helping  patients feel confident and comfortable in their own skin.

Michelle specializes in aesthetic treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, and advanced laser  procedures. She is known for her gentle approach, natural-looking results, and dedication to  creating personalized treatment plans for each patient. Her goal is always to enhance her  clients’ natural beauty while ensuring a safe and comfortable experience.

Outside of the treatment room, Michelle enjoys spending quality time with her husband and  her two daughters, who keep her busy and inspired every day.

Registered Nurse

Arika is an aesthetic nurse injector dedicated to delivering  refined, natural-looking results. Since entering the field of aesthetic medicine in 2017, she  has specialized in neuromodulators, advanced laser technologies, and collagen-stimulating  treatments that support healthy skin, facial balance, and rejuvenation.

As a registered nurse, Arika’s philosophy centers on enhancing each patient’s natural beauty  while preserving facial harmony. Her meticulous technique and artistic eye allow her to  create results that appear effortless, refreshed, and never overdone. Her approach prioritizes  treatments that improve skin quality and stimulate collagen, creating results that benefit  patients both now and as their skin continues to age.

She takes pride in creating individualized treatment plans and building lasting relationships  with patients through honest guidance, education, and thoughtful care. One of the most  fulfilling aspects of her work is practicing alongside her sister, where their shared passion for  aesthetics has grown into a meaningful family collaboration.

Outside of the treatment room, Arika is a proud wife, boy mom, and dog lover who enjoys  spending time with her family.

Ashley is a Registered Nurse with an Associate Degree in Nursing who began her career in aesthetic medicine in 2023. She is passionate about helping patients feel confident in their own skin by delivering treatments that create real,  visible transformations.

Her favorite services include advanced laser treatments such as Halo Laser Treatment and  ProFractional Laser Treatment, which are known for improving skin tone, texture, and overall radiance. She is dedicated to providing personalized care and achieving natural-looking,  results-driven outcomes for every patient.
Outside of the treatment room, she enjoys traveling, hiking, and spending quality time with friends and family.

Medical Aesthetician

My name is Stephanie, I am a licensed medical aesthetician and certified laser hair technician with 6+ years of experience. In my mid 20s, I learned about the struggle of dealing with rosacea. I got into this industry because I wanted to help people, no matter their concern, feel good in their skin! I perform a variety of treatments that include facials, peels, laser hair removal, microneedling, Sofwave and more! My favorite services are always changing because the technology, technique and information is always improving. My favorite part about being a Medical Aesthetician is the relationship and trust I build with my clients. In my free time, I love to read, spend time with family and friends and cuddle with my cats watching TV.

Massage Therapist

Ericka Cortez is a highly skilled Licensed Massage Therapist with over six years of experience specializing in advanced, results-driven bodywork. She is passionate about helping clients feel their best through customized treatments that support both relaxation and overall wellness.

Ericka graduated from the Texas School of Massage in 2020 and further advanced her expertise by completing her Lymphedema Therapy certification at the Norton School of Lymphatic Therapy in 2023. She offers a wide range of specialized services, including lymphatic drainage (pre- and post-operative), buccal massage therapy, myofascial release, prenatal and postnatal massage, and oncology massage.

Her additional certifications include reflexology, assisted stretching, cupping, scraping (gua sha), wood therapy, and body contouring wraps—allowing her to tailor each session to meet her clients’ unique goals, whether that’s recovery, rejuvenation, or enhanced performance.

Known for her attentive care and therapeutic approach, Ericka is dedicated to creating a safe, comfortable environment where clients can truly relax and heal.

Outside of the treatment room, Ericka enjoys spending time in nature, exploring new restaurants, and prioritizing her own wellness through massage and acupuncture.
